1. Our Commitment to Transparent Billing
Aastha Hospital is committed to clear, ethical, and transparent billing across all outpatient consultations, diagnostic investigations, day-care procedures, and inpatient stays. We believe that patients and families deserve straightforward financial guidance without hidden costs or unexpected charges.
2. Treatment & Inpatient Cost Estimates
For planned surgeries, elective procedures, or extended inpatient admissions, our front-office coordinators and billing counsellors provide estimated cost ranges based on your chosen room category and consulting doctor's treatment plan. Please note that estimates are based on standard clinical courses; actual charges may vary depending on clinical complexity, hospital length of stay, or additional medical interventions.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
For your convenience, Aastha Hospital accepts multiple secure payment modes at our central billing counters:
- Cash (subject to government regulatory limits).
- Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay).
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) at verified hospital counter QR codes.
- Net Banking and Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS) for major inpatient settlements.
- Approved Third-Party Cashless Insurance / TPA Pre-Authorisations.
4. Interim & Final Itemized Invoices
During extended inpatient stays, interim billing statements are updated regularly so families can track incurred expenses. Upon discharge, a comprehensive, itemized bill detailing doctor consultations, nursing care, room rent, diagnostic investigations, operation theatre charges, and pharmacy supplies is provided along with official stamped payment receipts.
5. Payment Security Advisory & Fraud Prevention
Aastha Hospital NEVER sends unsolicited payment links via SMS, WhatsApp, or personal phone calls asking patients to transfer money to personal accounts or click unknown links. All financial transactions must be conducted in person at the official hospital billing counters or through authorized payment channels verified by hospital staff. If you receive a suspicious payment request, please notify our hospital administration immediately.
