4. Right to Informed Consent & Decision-Making
You have the right to give informed consent prior to any major surgical procedure, diagnostic intervention, or specialized treatment. You also have the right to seek a second opinion or decline proposed interventions after understanding the potential medical consequences.
5. Right to Access Applicable Medical Records

6. Right to 24x7 Emergency Medical Care
In life-threatening medical emergencies or acute trauma situations, patients have the right to immediate triage evaluation, emergency stabilization, and life-support care without delay.
7. Right to Know Itemized Charges & Estimates
You have the right to receive clear explanations regarding consultation fees, diagnostic tariffs, medication costs, and inpatient room charges, as well as an itemized invoice upon discharge.
8. Right to Voice Feedback & Grievances
You have the right to share suggestions, express concerns, or file formal complaints regarding your care or administrative experience, and to receive a respectful and timely response from hospital administration.
Patient & Family Responsibilities
1. Provide Complete & Accurate Information
Please share complete and truthful health history, including past illnesses, ongoing medications, known allergies, prior surgeries, and current symptoms with your healthcare team.
2. Follow Agreed Treatment Instructions
Patients are responsible for following the agreed-upon medical plan, taking prescribed medications as directed, attending scheduled follow-ups, and notifying their doctor promptly of any unexpected symptoms.
3. Respect Hospital Personnel & Other Patients
Please treat healthcare workers, nursing staff, support teams, and fellow patients with courtesy, consideration, and respect. Disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited.
4. Comply with Infection Control & Safety Guidelines
Please adhere to hospital hygiene rules, including hand sanitization, designated visitor hours, visitor pass requirements, and restricted area protocols to protect the safety of all inpatients.
5. Respect Hospital Property & Cleanliness
Help us maintain a clean, peaceful, and healing environment by properly using hospital facilities, disposing of waste responsibly, and observing strict no-smoking and no-tobacco rules across the campus.
6. Timely Financial Settlement & Documentation
Ensure timely completion of admission paperwork, insurance/TPA documentation, and prompt settlement of billing dues in coordination with the billing and cashier desk.
7. Ask Questions When in Doubt
If you do not fully understand your diagnosis, treatment plan, medication instructions, or billing estimate, please ask your doctor or nurse for clarification before proceeding.
